Close call

Been trying to get 1st on the shootout board all day...was out of money ! 

I was in a good spot then got bumped to 4th with no luck at moving up, so I logged out and took a nap. I woke up 15 minutes before midnight SL time, when the shootout closes, I went back to try and get just a few more runs in and on my 3rd run, BAM...grabbed a great run that put me well into first place. Was a really good run too, was awesome. Wasnt a large pot, I only got around $200L but its more than the $8L I had, lol.

Another one !

I made top qualifier at tonight's race....I could of had a shot at another podium finish but I totally blew it on a red light, I cant believe I did that. I had one the fastest cars of that race and had a great shot at making 2nd place and some extra cash. But I did get top qualifier another trophy so it wasn't all lost.

My 4th trophy over the past week and a half. 2nd top qualifier....also a 1st and 3rd place trophy.

I didn't expect to have any luck running Pro Mod since I rarely run that class, but I had my car tuned pretty good the day before so I thought I would give it a shot, if it weren't for that damn red light.

Nothing more fun than going to some other track and getting my name in first place on nearly every single monthly leader board, then going back and taking 1st place back when I got beat on a couple of them, hahaha!

I was making some runs lastnight and happened to get a 0.044444 and I thought thats cool, it was a clean run too, then 11 minutes later on a red light "oops" I see a -0.044444 and thought wait a sec...didnt I get something liek that earlier ? So I went back through chat and was like WOW ! That was freaking insane, I even took pics of the chat window to prove it, lol.

Race Updates

The week has been pretty good to me, I won $6000L and brought home a 3rd place trophy from T&G raceway in the Open Pro class - My very first time at that track too, the I won $1800L and brought home a 1st place trophy from Amber in the Street Legal class, and lastnight, another 3rd place trophy from Amber in the Slingshot class. 3 Podium finishes this week, not to bad. Plus the I have been on the shootout board every day all week, a couple firsts included in there, I was sittin gin 5th on the shootout lastnight when I logged out.

Tomorrow night is Pro Mod, a class I have not been very good at in the past. But I have been working on a car and I think it has a pretty good tune so I might actually do ok as long as I dont get a red light.

Another awesome run !

I like to go through monthly leader boards for all the classes and run the class till my name is at the top of the list, you should see those boards right now, my name is at the top of damn near every one. Some of them I will admit defeat...but its by the best drivers so its OK.

160mph Slingshot class...that's what I call one tight run !

When it comes to driving I am pretty damn good, but when it comes to racing there are better drivers that know how to tune for the lag a lot better than I can, some of the guys have their cars set like you wouldn't believe.

But there is one jackass I wish would shut the hell up, he drives like shit, I have never seen him make it halfway through a race, and this idiot has the balls to try and tell me how to drive, all he does is talk about he can kick every ones ass. This guy is a total idiot and I am getting so tired of his shit, somehow he managed to become an Amber race instructor, and he cant even drive, what gives him the right to teach anyone anything. I wouldn't even let this guy open a can of pop for me let alone teach me something.

He has no damn business teaching race instruction....or being behind the wheel of a race car.

I went back to the Ahern welcome area today just for fun and I wish I would of stayed home...if you ever go to Ahern look for Gorax and ask him about the worlds problems and how they can fixed. I swear to god this dude is a hippie with no weed, annoying as hell and will NOT shut up...WTF !
